Welcome to Sterling Ranch.

Sterling Ranch was a new construction home designed around a love for natural materials and the beauty found in imperfection. Microcement, soapstone, unlacquered brass, clay tile, plaster, and natural stone were chosen not only for how they looked on day one, but for the character they would develop over time. A custom plaster hood and an oversized stone fireplace bring texture and presence to the home, while the quieter details keep it relaxed and inviting. More than anything, this home reflects the clients’ appreciation for a lived-in feel—one that was meant to evolve, patina, and become even better with age.
